Shipping Policy
At arcadians, we ship decorative rugs to customers within the United States only. We use FedEx for standard order delivery. Shipping information, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges are provided below so customers can understand the delivery process before placing an order.
Shipping Charge
- Flat Shipping Rate: $30 per order
- Shipping Carrier: FedEx
- Additional Shipping Charges: None
The $30 flat shipping rate covers our standard shipping service. We do not add separate or unexpected shipping charges to an order after checkout.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-4), Monday through Friday.
Orders placed by 5:00 PM on a business day will enter our normal processing schedule. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on applicable non-business days will be treated as received on the next business day.
Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after the order is received and payment through PayPal has been successfully confirmed.
Processing time covers the preparation of your decorative rug and the steps required before the order is handed over to FedEx. Processing time does not include the shipping transit period.
Transit Time
After an order has been processed and handed over to FedEx, the estimated transit time is 5–6 business days.
Transit time can vary depending on the destination and circumstances within the carrier’s network.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated total delivery time is 6–8 business days, consisting of:
- Processing: 1–2 business days
- Transit: 5–6 business days
These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, transportation delays, incorrect or incomplete address information, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided so you can monitor the shipment through FedEx. Customers should use the available tracking information to check the latest delivery status.
Late or Delayed Packages
If a package takes longer than the estimated delivery timeframe, customers should first check the FedEx tracking information for the latest update. Carrier delays can occur even after an order has been processed and shipped.
If your package appears significantly delayed or the tracking information indicates a delivery problem, please contact support@arcadians.shop. We will review the available order and shipping information and assist you based on the circumstances.
An estimated delivery time does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date, and a shipping delay by itself does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or return.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted, delivery may be delayed, or the package may be returned by the carrier.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@arcadians.shop. We will review whether the order can still be updated before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Rugs
Please inspect your decorative rug when it arrives. If you receive the wrong rug or the product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of the product and the issue. Photos or other reasonable proof may be required so that we can properly review the situation.
If the issue is confirmed to have resulted from an error on our part, such as the wrong product being sent or a product being damaged before delivery, arcadians will cover the applicable return-label cost in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
